Biography

2011: Cooper received a number of honors during his junior season, in which he recorded 1,822 passing yards and 10 touchdowns while adding 957 yards and nine touchdowns on the ground. Cooper was named the GAC Offensive Player of the Year as well as All-GAC First Team en route to leading the Tigers to the inaugural Great American Conference Championship.

2010: Participated in 3 games during his sophomore season, throwing 1 of 2 for a touchdown and an interception. Also rushed for 26 yards on 5 carries.

Cooper came to Ouachita after playing under head coach Kenny Smith at Conway High School. While at Conway, Cooper was a four year letterwinner and was also named the 2005 Diamond Bank Bowl MVP.

Cooper's hobbies and interests include movies, hunting, fishing and golf.
